Well, I posted completed picks of my Warlord a couple months ago, but I finally got around to painting it. It seems a little glossy, and it is. I am just waiting to put a layer of dull coat on it.

its very nice, i'm planning a Warlord when I finally finish painting my reaver.

a few suggestions though...

Its very "clean", I would weather it severly as its supposed to be thousands of years old and seen countless battles. This one looks fresh off the assembly line.

I would add more 3d details, add cables and pipes. 40k cityfight (or whatever its called) buildings will give loads of detail. I used Urban Mammoths hexagonal terrain builder for ready made detailed panels.

Agreed on the cleanliness.

I can understand the artificers cleaning and repainting titans but the whole background is that they add more and more detail work.

My problem isn't so much that its clean its the complete lack of detail on great slabs of what is a huge model.
