Yeah,
So this is the second of two Eldar Vs Arbite games I played with Ian mid-week.
The first Game was a 1250pts played at Charing Cross Gaming Club- No Battle Report for that game

But it was a close game. I got a minor victory.
On the last turn I got 1 pathfinder next to a objective; I won 2 objectives to 1... that game ended on turn 6, if there was a turn seven things would have been different.
We were both free the next day so we agreed to up stakes and play a 2000pts rematch.

It was good to break out my Eldar, they havn't seen much love lately.

The Eldar line stayed firm and the grav-tanks hovered forwards.
Wave-Serpent immobilises Repressor on the Right
Rangers get a kill in the ranks of arbiters
The Reapers launchers open fire to show how its done... killing 4 of the troopers.
Arbites Flank moves out.
Then the Arbiters fire back
Grenades rain from the sky all around the War-Walkers stunning them.
A Multi-melta hit stuns the Wave serpent holding Wraith Guard
A Arbite screams out as his plasma gun backfires killing him stone dead.
But his comrade blasts the pulse laser off the falcon.

The reapers exarch repeats his instruction to fire at the enmassed marching formation to the left and 4 more troopers fall.
Eldar WraithGuard March forward and as they do the arbitor pysker detective strides to the top of the hill and fires at the farseer causing 2 wounds !
Arbites waste no time and hit the eldar hard with another volley of grenades this time destroying both War-Walkers and killing 3 pathfinders...
the remaining two scouts keep their cool.
at the other side of the field the arbites Multi-melta destroys the twin linked Star canons on a waveserpent the Exorcist stuns the other Wave serpent and two more pathfinders die to massed fire.

Both Squads of Pathfinders decide their positions are compromised and fall back the scouts behind the hill go to ground.
the falcon sweeps along the edge of the board to get a shot at the exorcist and destroys it
and the Waveserpent kills one trooper from a combat squad.
Grenades again fall killing one more Pathfinder... down to 1 guy who passes his
Ld test.
Plasma Gun Arbite downs WaveSerpent “HUu RahH!!!”... from inside the scorpions disembark onto the hillside.
Heavy bolters Kill four reapers! leaving the exach shaking his fist!

DarkReaper Exarch takes his revenge and kills 4 troopers on the hill
WraithGuard fire their cannons into the arbite line and kill 3 and assault killing 2 more Troopers.
Nearby Arbite Shock team get out of their immobilised repressor and assault the WraithGuard killing three
And the heavy bolters open fire on the big Wraithguard squade and kill 1.
a Plasma gunner tries the old plasma in the tail pipe gag... but fails, the eldar dont fall for no plasma in the tail pipe...

Eldar move to claim objectives
Pathfinders climb back onto their hill the falcon swoops across and offers protection. the pathfinders run to get behind it.
~~Ians happy one of his squads can still see the one on the end!~~
WraithGuard climb the hill and blast 3 of the Arbites they find messing with a WaveSerpents exhust pipe!
~~the hill must be slippy the WraithGuard can't keep their feet!~~
the lone pathfinder moves back to his objective supported by the striking scorpions and Farseer.
WraithGuard engaged in assault kill 1 trooper. And win the combat the arbitors stick with it.
WarpSpiders show up (bet you forgot about those!!!) and sprayed monowired death on five arbitors next to the arbitor objective their squad flees.
Aribitors double their efforts immobilising the Falcon it crashes to the ground revealing the pathfinders hiding place
the Scouts take cover next to the wreak as a hail storm of fire rattles all around them, but their pathfinder skills hold and only one ranger dies.
arbitors move back to reclaim the objective and return fire on the Warpspiders killing 6!
the Warlock kills a arbitor in
HtH combat and the squad falls back. At the other side of the table another arbitor squad falls off the table...
the repressor near the eldar deployment zone revs its engines and tank shocks the scorpions out of the way!
the dust settles and the battle is done (or so says the extra turn die!!! no more turns for you!!!)
Arbites hold their first objective
Scouts hold their hilltop objective
Repressor contests the pathfinder from claiming a second objective
Arbites and WraithGuard contest the fourth objective
