A few time's I've said "oh hey I have ___ many guard stuff" in the few threads i've made about my guard... but no one, not even I, had seen EVERYTHING assembled in one spot... I always had it strewn out... and stored in different places.

Not anymore, my sister has moved out, I turn 21 in 5 days... so its time I had a crafting room! I've commandeered the spare, empty room... I captor'd eet for KAYOOOSSS

Anyways, everything you see here is Imperial Guard, Imperial Guard conversion bits, model kits to be converted to imperial guard, and Imperial Guard storage for my current, complete army. I honestly lost track of how many guardsman I actually own... Last I actually 'knew' what I had was 200-ish, but since then I've gotten more boxes, entire armies traded to me, and then some... so no clue!
(yes theres two nid boxes in there, holding chaos and IG bits though)
(All IG inf boxes you see = unassembled or partially assembled [still inside their boxes])
(That WW2 Plane in the back is going to become a thunderbolt type fighter for my chaos IG...)

So, here is my largest project (second being a terrain, third being nids)... A renegade army.

Anyone else feel like posting their largest projects? Full armies, massive titans, things that go well beyond singular figure conversions...

Personally I dislike the 'disgusting' chaos, but you have alot of nice stuff including the scrap Titan and that baneblade . Sad that alot of your stuff is unpainted though :(; your army would look brilliant all done.

TBH joeyfox, seeing pics of large army still in boxes really doesnt inspire me at all. It just gives me head ache of

No, I just wanted to use this as a bait-thread for people to post their armies to inspire me to continue on mine >_> because seriously, that is a lot of guardsmen to customize...

Waaaayyy too mush warhamz at my house, and i have 100 guardsmen to paint (pig iron heads and all) and soon im adding 20 more terminators

That's a lot of warhams. Pics are horrible but the models look good.

Yeah, I still have like over 9000 'nids to finish from quite a while back.

Not all of this is backlog, but almost all of these boxes/cabinets/chests? Gaming stuff(except a few boxes of Gundams and Star Wars stuff plus my LARP stuff). Terrain and minis, more than half probably unpainted. I couldn't get a picture of the boxes in the hall closets, there's linens and dog food in the way.

I can't fit all the stuff I need to paint in a ROOM, let alone a picture...

About 100 Battletech units, 250 Mechwarrior Dark Age units being rebased for large scale CBT, probably 300 Tyranids, all of my Hordes Trolls except 2 Dire trolls to paint, my Grey Knights, my Lizardmen (which aren't even all assembled yet), along with all of my other miniatures that don't go with armies or games, I just wanted to paint them.

I probably have over 1500 models I need to paint right now. I'm glad I'm not doing any commissions this year...

Sniper Team, the blue IG man top right is my only infantry model I have painted, he will be the general paint scheme for most my mercenaries.

I don't have enough storm troopers! Only 5 squads of 5, 6th squad is 6!

The whole shebang. Don't forget all of this isn't done, and the original image in the 1st post in this thread, all those IG boxes and bits will be assembled in addition to this. I have at least 120-150 more guardsmen coming there, and I'm going to be acquiring another 40 in the near future

I've since stripped and repainted the majority of my basic metal Cadian and Valhallan IG & marines, as well as added a large amount of SoB & their assorted vehicles. Currently I'm in the process of moving flat, so will repost someday soon.

Thanks. They're always an ongoing labor of love. I have lots to build and paint. So I get to it as I can. Someday I'll be done
