A friends of mine and Dakkas' BloodDeathAssault is building his tau army, he got 4000pts+ off one of our friends that isnt doing tau anymore [lucky him!!] and wants to play a farsight amry.

Ive just got me tau army back n its big, so when i get the time in the next few days ill post all me models.

p.s, its not all painted n i just spent 3 hrs rebuilding neglected peices, that were damaged so much that it would make any tau player cry in the boots.

mine are so badly painted i dont think i will post them like its like a 3 year old puke on them lol

All WIP:

Well i have made a step forward into my Tau army, i started on some stealth suits i bought yesterday, i am thinking of using a colour scheme of rottingflesh as the base colour and Regal blue for markings and what not,

So what i ave done is decided taht since they have more technologically advanced suits, i thought to my self they would look awesome with glowing lines to show this





I am planning on neatening them up when i have finalised my colour scheme

What you think ?

This is 2 months into my build and battle league. 1,000 points is due this wednesday.

I'm not sure if tha's a weird bronze or black, definitely make it black, Stealth Suits of Tron!

LOL ! i Forgot about that film, i thought the idea had seemed familiar to me from somewhere, thanks mate i'll never be able to look at them the same way again !

I think it would look great it you made some stealthsuits of tron. Definitely darken up the black and leave the blue, could look very good, makes me want to repaint the stealthsuit i have lying around

while i can't take credit for painting them, i'm very happy i just picked up these tau this week. the paint job even matches my cadians! i sense lots of Gue'vesa in my future!

wow warboss thats a really military looking Tau army.

yeah, they look great up close too. the guy who painted them made a modern US army theme (hence the stars and flying tiger nose art) with a tau twist. they match cadians so i'm a happy camper and a new convert to the greater good!

Haha, yeah i have that problem too, i have the Dkok wich is the slowly getting biggger army because of the costs,
my kroot which is relativley easy since you get so many in one box (but now im at the expensive part with hounds krootox and greater gnarlocs to buy)
and now my tau which is pretty much done just needs repainting anda few models purchased

and i may have decided on colours people, so i shall try and get a picture up today
