You have to buy them from Dark Soul AKA Thomas Sexton.

They are not cheap. The latest figure he quoted for me was $40 USD + $8 for shipping and handling for 10 legs, torsos, and heads with a few other bits on the resin sprue.

He also makes some other sprues with bionics and commissar bits.
