Recently me and P4nc4k3 discovered a copy of space crusade. (not to mention all sorts of cr@p) Quite a bit of of its knackered but hopefully we are going to salvage the rest. On a side note this stuff is twice as old as us so if anyone has any fluff about space crusade please post. And to begin with two teaser shots of things to come.

@PhilPowell Yeah there was an older warhammer club at our club years before we got there, they left loads, we have 2 copies of advanced heroquest, heroquest, the box set for 3rd edition whfb and loads of sprues!!!

Unfortuneatley the dreadnought from space crusade was a bit battered and missing the torso so I'm turning into a walker with the aid of the CoD sprues, I've made little progress as I've been working out measurements to even both bits of the platform I'm making, as 1 pair of legs are several cm shorter than the other pair.

Ah this brings back happy memories! I still have a lot of my old space crusade mini's kicking about, really need to digg them out!

Cheers,

I still have most of 2 sets of Space Crusade.

I played it when it 1st came out, but somehow lost control of my copy (although I ended up with someone else's copy of the far superior Space Hulk instead, so no worries there). I got another copy, mostly complete, from eBay a couple of years back -- then found another mostly complete copy in a charity shop for £2! So, I've cannibalised the 2 together, and used the spare bits to bulk out my son's Ork army, and give my Dark Angels an extra power armoured guy with a Missile Launcher. I'm converting a spare Space Crusade Dread into a DA venerable dread, using various bits & pieces, and I'm going to be using bits from Space Crusade androids for everything from Cyborks to Chaplain helmets...
