BTW I took your advice and am ordering Dark Realm stuff for Dune for my mate. Is their rules set any good, or can you recommend another good generic 6mm scifi?

Apparently they received a donation of about 1500 figures. This was the tip of the iceberg it really was lots of historical's as well. Guess the guy who donated them was a staff member during the buy by weight period. Delightfully to me it was also a Barnado's charity shop and an organisation I'm delighted to support.
Can't really recommend a rule set best bet is to pop along to Tactical Command and see what people suggest for the 6mm rules. When I'm gaming I use NetEpic which is a small tweak of the Adeptus Titanicus/Space Marine rules.

At Salute I picked up something that is going to be great for this project but is probably the anti-Inquisimunda. That was 7TV light and airy fluffy narrative gaming excellent fun as well

Been a while.
I like to use models this is a repainted D&D prepaint I got with the Beholder I wanted donkeys years ago. The Eldar Guardian head works and the Mantic Ghoul claw gives it a sinister vibe.

Cheers coursework deadlines and looking for a house to buy take up a ridiculous amount of thinky time. Coursework went crazy which didn't help. I was meant to record a building and chose a former railway goods shed some friends own I hadn't quite worked out it had been fully converted into a factory so was far more complex than I planned. Fun though. Never want to work in graphics getting computers to eat drawings is difficult...........
