I'm glad you like the weathering. I chose to paint them as world eaters specificaly so that I could try out the rust streaking on them. Not using metalics was a mistake though. I'll never paint up an army at this speed, and it's not like metalics wouldn't look good.
My first commission of the year. Hopefuly a sign of things to come. Client wanted a nicely painted character to lead his army, but not so amazing as to make the rest of his army look bad in comparison. I'm glad to report he's pleased with the result.
Started a large tyranid commission. Client wanted the models painted in hive fleet typhon colour scheme and I think I'm definently the right person for the job since I can get the blends necessary very quickly. I should be able to get at least 10 of these done per day. They're not the greatest think I ever painted of course, but I think that an army of these will look absolutely spectacular, so happy with them.
Here's some more of the tyranids from the commission I'm doing. There are also some gargoyles that I don't have very good pics of and various gaunts that I ran out of matte varnish for. Still alot more models left.
