Alright, but looks a bit modern for 40k. The missile (and launcher bit) itself would probably be good, but then, you don't really want to spend a heap of money on just a missile.

A bit modern for 40k.

A bit modern for Warhammer 40,000.

A game set approximately 38,000 years in the future.

A bit modern.

Nope. I don't see any problem there.

Modern=current era.

38,000 years into the future is not current era for us.

Ergo, a bit too modern.

Try to find it in some outsized scale like 1/35 (1/48 is roughly just a bit too small for 28mm "heroic scale", so 1/35 will be "too big" which when you're dealing with the Imperium is "just right"). This is supposed to be the ultimate game-ending missile of advanced badassery, after all.

Also, my uncle's name is Steve not Bob. v v

Or attach fins to a water/coke bottle (bottle size dependant on taste and compensatory factors )

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

I've got that exact same model this is the 1/35 one held by the Zaku II in my picture.

Ah, is this what the poll was for?

Skuds are BIG, like 18 wheeler size, you're better off with 1:48 or even smaller since the Death Strike is supposed to be a Chimera with a missile on it.

You might be best off with a basilisk and a model rocket kit.
