I am really stuck for ideas on a slaanesh daemon weapon for my lord any ideas??

Ornate swords are cool multi tentacled lashes even sonic weapons like a bladed guitar or a massive set of speakers all fit into the theme.

I can think of few other possibilities as well, but they would get the thread locked...

There's a sword on the possessed sprue that i used for mine

its kinda grafted to the arm.

A buddy of mine made a plasticard sword shaped like the shadow of an improbably shaped woman with her arms raised over her head with her hands together to form the point of the sword. I won't tell you where the hilt connected to the body. It looked really cool when he layered certain areas and painted it up.

I should say it was more suggestive than graphic. That's what made it cool rather than childish. It's a tough line with Slaanesh

S3xual/suggestive work very well, but so do bondage/pain full weapons. As the overtly graphic stuff can be corny/childish, go with a scimitar, a flail, - anything that looks nasty!

Maybe two oversized daggers connected with a chain? Or a spiked chain draped over the persons body.

Well slaanesh is also the god of hedonism. So maybe an ornate golden weapon encrusted with an copious amount of gems.

A whip with lots of thorns (the one lucius has might work, but it looks a little thick and is very recognizable) would work well, if I were you no matter what I ended up using I would greenstuff some chains and maybe tentacles hanging off of it.

Yeah, seeing as how the obvious single entendre will get you banned from most events, go with the whip.

How about a shield with a speaker as the centre of a chaos logo.
With cables feeding back to a backpack or perhaps a minion from which he feeds energy.

i just made a model with a very slender-long blade with an elegant handle and cutting his other palm with the blade ( masochist, sadist bliss-giver).

I have now got all the bits i need i have green stuffed a massive cape that leads round his front leg and a shield with the speaker thing from te=he tank upgrade sprue but for the daemon weapon i have given him a bloodletter sword as it is very thin with a nice hilt thanks for all the ideas the were greatly appreciated

I was going to say that slaanesh is the god of complete overload of all the senses and sins (hearing, taste, touch, sight, smell). You could make a sword with a hilt that has 2 speakers coming out of the guards on the hilt, or a rapier where the round hilt is painted like an eye with the sword coming out of it. Most of the weapons made by GW or shown in GW art don't really look like they have anything to do with slaanesh, but seem to be very standard weapons like rapiers/swords like the one in your pic above/axes/etc and the armor/man inside the armor is the one that is warped to be more slaanesh-like.

Above all, you need to get better pictures with MUCH better lighting(why even post the second pic?). I really can't make out any of the details in those pics. Put a couple pieces of paper taped together to form a box with one side missing, grab a desk lamp that bends or a snake light or even have someone hold a powerful flash light shining down on the model and then take the pic. Using natural sunlight doesnt really work unless you are outside and it is cloudless and the sun is at its zenith.

cheers for the suggestions and when it is painted i will post some more pictures im going to paint the tube from hiss shield to his back pack glowing like there is some fform of mystic energy flowing through it
