Yes, I know, the fluff says this is totally impossible. To that I say ... ORKS CAN LOOT ANYFINK.
I started with a Necron Destroyer body and a fresh pack of Grotz. I don't have any WIP pics since I tend to get gripped with an idea and then don't stop until I'm finished. Then I sit back and think "gosh, some work in progress shots would have been a great idea". You're just lucky I took one before I painted it.
Anyway, the first thing I did was assemble the Destroyer's hull and carve the heck out of it with an x-acto knife and hand drill. I also sawed one of the shoulder pads completely off and replaced it with a proper Orky one. I wanted an obvious major blast hole in the Destroyer, so I added one to the back, carving clean through the hull. When I assembled the hull I stuffed a bit of foam out of the back of a miniature blister pack to add some texture inside the blast crater. Near the crater I added the sawed off end of a shoota which I was going to call the "restraining bolt" that kept the Necron from self-repairing/phasing out/screaming in terror at what had been done to it. I filled in the back of the Grot head with a bit of epoxy putty and mounted it, tossing the spare Necrogit head into the bit box. The end of the Gauss thingy followed it, being replaced with an Orky targetting reticule and a pair of Orky bayonets. This thing is going to serve as a Killa Kan w/ KMB, so I needed something that could work as a Dread CC weapon in the spare hand. I had a Big Choppa laying around and carved the Ork arm off of it. Next came the biggest challenge of this entire model:
Getting the camp out of that Necron's wrist.
It's supposed to look all droopy and sinister, but with the axe in it's hand it just looked fabulous. Too fabulous. ing even. Finally, after cutting off the whole hand, all the fingers, the thumb, slicing off bits of the wrist, adding balsa and finally pinning and gluing the whole mess back into place ... it still looks daft. @#$@ing Necrons.
Then I dropped the model onto concrete and it exploded into pieces and I got to glue the whole thing back together again. MOAR BATTLE DAMAGE.
The rivets along the edge of the hull are thin strips of plasticard (cough sushi tray cough) cut into tiny squares and glued into place. Gives it that steam-age square bolt look.
The last major modification was the GROT BRAIN NOMZ tank which is a .22 shell casing which was attached to the hull with Zap a Gap and thin copper wire. I used a leather punch tool on some plasticard (more sushi tray) to make a small circle for the fill cap on the tank. Another circle cut from the tray served as the end. I took two solid-core 24 gauge (I think) wires and stripped off most of the insulation, leaving a small bit of insulation at each end, then I drilled two holes in the plastic end of the tank and two in the Grot'z head. Dis won't 'urt a bit!
After painting I stuffed the goofy green plastic rods into the KMB and wrapped some loose copper wire around them to make it look Orky-er.
Then I sprayed it with clear-coat - frosting the base and the rods. WHOOPS. Turns out that a coat of gloss 'ard Coat clears that right up. Mostly.
Yes, there's battle damage on the base. Whatever wrecked this Destroyer really blew it to bits. Hit it so hard it damaged the BASE.

Woah! I like it alot. I did something very similar a few years ago, except I just used the entire upper half of an ork boyz body then I cut off their hands and glued on the destroyer gun so it looked like a cybork... I might post pics if you want... they make good bikes/deffkoptas/mega armourd nobz

It'll be a Killa Kan with Kustom Mega Blasta. I'm going for a themed squad - "The Unlootables". I've already got number 2 on the way - it's a Lictor holding a KMB in one of it's claws with a Grot riding it in a little saddle. Still painting that one.
- edit - In response to the post above, A: for a Killa Kan it needs to be a Grot, B: I already had sketches for the "Grot Riding Lictor Like Pony" Kan and C: I wanted to emphasize the gonzo surgical techniques of the Orks. "'ere! Grot won't fit inside dat! Dere's no room!" "Well... just whip is 'ead orf and graft it to da top." "What about 'is gubbins? 'e needs dose!" "We'll put 'em in a can on da side."

Funny conversion I like it over all , I think though an ork gun would have been a better choice over the gauss weapon .
