a bit stuck on what colors to paint my lizard men does anyone have any ideas

But you have already painted them

For lizardmen I went with the blue look to em . . . granted mine looked kinda bad

White undercoat
Ice blue everywhere
Enchanted blue to pick out the scales
Black weapons with gold trim
And red markings to indicte the mark of sotek i think it is

Course that was before the washes period . . . I guess at a white undercoat with a few asurmen blue washes and a darker blue to get the scales would make it easier and shade them
