For one thing, these make better bad guys then the alien thorizine guys from Titan A.E.

They have some ace APC's that are really multiuse vehicles. I really like the zombies, and as far as PP goes, THIS is the standard that all want to be prepaints needs to look at even before considering.

These are some really neat zombies. I had me a red bloc army to begin with. and never has being an evil corperate entity been made so cool

If you don't play AT43, THESE are the guys to make one want to start.

Umbrella, Move over. theres a new game in town! ONI

Even if you DON'T play AT-43, I recommend picking up the ONI.

They're generic enough to go great for most games and rule sets in this scale.

I don't like the AT-43 miniatures or the game, I've dabbled, but it just didn't grab me.

On the flip side, I'm totally stoked to see people getting excited about something other than GW and their offerings!

Keep flying the flag, and enjoying what you enjoy!

ONI is a new faction (army) for Rackham's AT-43 pre-painted table top miniatures wargame. It is a human corporation that utilizes zombies and weapons that can turn their opponents into zombies. It's rules allow the ONI units to be used in an ONI pure army list or as mercenary allies in other AT-43 armies.

You can see the pics here (the website is French):

Whats the cost of the army box?

The cost for the 2000 pt box was around 70.00 dollars It has a fair bit of evil inside for the price. the character is the sniper with the AMV Vlad. A real bane to anyone I'm sure.
The second unit is a load of zombies called detonators, basicly zombie bombs.
The third unit is a group of reanimator zombies, who infect others for the fun, (Which, after reading, I think more zombies are needed because you can turn enemies into zombies, too.)
The fourth, look like giant zombies in power armor are 3 tac arm zombies that have the heavy infantry roll. I think I need a couple of boxes of these guys as well.

The box set is a zombie horde and for the money, it was about the same as picking up the smaller boxes themselves...
I got the red block guys a few months back, and that box set up to now seems to be the best for the cost box.

This army has a few different ways to field it. I'm thinking as well, that you can get yourself a couple of boxes of the standard guys and add them to preexisiting armies as they have both human UNE and Therian weapons.

Other ones are a guy in a suit named Priest, who, like your ususal corperate lacky is always pimping out the newest that the company has to offer. In his case, its zombies.
it says that he is protected by a cog forcefield.

All of the characters have thier own APC's, and the units come in good size chunks, as well.

The paint jobs are good for a out of the box playing experience, but if you play the game more then a few times, you are going to have to touch up a few of the figures. The company doesn't do a good face job, and the paints are splashed on to just get a base coat on for color.

Zombies... Its whats for dinner.

I picked up a few AT43 pieces for playing Warhammer. The terrain bits are pretty good bargains - paid about $1 for each concrete wall and I'm pretty pleased at them. They're not solid plastic, but feel well made enough that they'll stand up to anything up to (and maybe including) somebody stepping on them. The generators are just neat pieces (Really remind me of spotlights - will probably use them as such).

The pre-painted mini's. Well, the couple I got I wasn't too fond of. The pictures look better than the real thing imho. I may have picked one of the poorer choices (Some sort of skeletony set of troops with weapons for arms - wanted to see if they'd make good candidates for oblit converstions - they were not suitable at all).

The vehicles though, those are pretty darn nice. I picked up a couple of wraiths that I'm trying to convert into defilers (Pics and thread will be forthcoming once I make some progress). The plastic is a bit brittle feeling, but they're somewhat surprisingly complex piece-wise.

I'm not like them, but I can pretend.

Observations on complex unit wound allocation: If you're feeling screwed, your opponent is probably doing it right.

Ok, I'm no Cecil B. Demil but here are my photos, sans the edits. The comparison photo is of a Chimera and the Medium Destroyer with a Cog weapon called a Medium Graser on it. ( Who says mercenary's do it for the pay?)

The next photos got a comparison between a Mech thrall from Warmachine, a zombie from the box called a "Reanimator", and a Space Marine from GW.
down a little more is a Mech thrall, a Detonator, and a space marine.

Sorry GW, your guy loses out on the comparison here.

Nice! I might have to merge your stuff with the thread in the AT-43 forum into an article.

Its about damn time they finally produced wheeled AFVs .

I love the walkers immensely, but they have been promising wheeled AFV's for so long I was beginning to doubt that they would ever come.

Very nice stuff.

I am amazed however that all of that equals 2000 AP.

I received my box of ONI goodies on Friday, but I didn’t open them. I now own one Army Box, one Light Enforcer and one Samurai B. Samedi w/ Saturday Night Special. One Army book too.

These are my Christmas present to myself, so I had to exert iron will not to open it all up. I sat there making little pew-pew and dakka-dakka noises until my missus came along and took them away, gently admonishing me that they have to be wrapped and go under the tree and that I’m not allowed to see them again until Christmas Day.

What little I did see through those little plastic windows impressed me. They’re not perfect, but quite certainly the better kind of tabletop quality. Samurai B. Samedi in particular looks to be very good, nicely painted and as ugly as a big, muscley, half-naked zombie with guns for arms should be. And who doesn’t need a big, muscley, half-naked zombie with guns for arms who can drive a tank?

Yes, with a little force they pop right off.
That said, I prefer the AT-43 bases to GW bases(they're a harder plastic).

Good. 'Cause I've got my eyes on a stack'a Therians to make myself a custom army for 40K.

And, believe it or not, bases are one of the things where I'm really finicky. I've got a winged Chaos Sorcerer on a 40mm base that is virtually identical to a regular GW 40mm base except it's maybe a 1mm-2mm lower than a GW base and it drives me nuts.
