Re-worked upon suggestion. All out is the way to go. Concept is; fenrisian wolf meat shield @ a re-rollable ld10/8. Everything has a decent amount of killing power. Lots of wolves, I'd say a fluffy list. Using fenrisian wolves usefully too!
Canis is pretty powerful. A shocking to OMG number of attacks, with a wolfclaw (re-roll to-hit vs most things is wise, to-wound vs MC's/tanks) and most importantly I want to combine both the +1I of the Saga of wolfkin & the re-roll with the Saga of majesty along with HQ-standard Ld. T4 beasts that dont break should be scary. Oh & the Belt of russ allows the wolf lord to be a T5 3W 4++ meat grinder in CC.
Or of course, similar ideal's but minus Canis and one Thunderwolf in favour of some Mini TWC Iron priest units.

First can't have Thunder Hammer & Powerfist in a TWC unit (I think you mean Stormshield).
Second I'd say drop the Terminators and pick up another unit of TWC.
I'd say running two mounted Wolf Lords is overkill and running mounted lords are overpriced for what they bring (you can almost afford a whole 2nd Squad of TWC for the price of one).
I'd say keep Canis and see if you can pick up a Rune Priest and additional TWC units. Or another option is to drop the Fenrisian Wolf units and pick up 2 Iron Priests (mounted) with 5 Cyber Wolves. Adds another 3 S10 Thunderhammer attacks on assault and overall a better screen/unit than 14 Fenrisian wolves.

Your right, I did purposefully choose a thunder hammer & I'm not allowed to.
Done.
I want the 2x Lord (or 1x Lord + Canis) for the Saga's of Wolkin & Majesty combined, along with Ld8-10.
Rune priest wouldn't live nearly as long as this lord, it requires a dreadnought-style death dealer to hit on 4's and wound on 2's bout 3 times to beat that 3+ invulnerable; Otherwise death will ensue at I1 with his 5-6 str10 power weapon attacks.
An Iron priest + 5 Cyber wolves costs 155 whilst 14 wolves cost 112; At those few numbers, T5 wont matter much whilst at 14 models, t4 will prove not an easy challenge to remove & then once thats gone.. there a totally uninjured lord (but with an originally small squad, unlucky wounds may get allocated onto him from the off).
Re-worked the list quite a bit in regards to that advice anyhow.. thoughts?

I think the list is better than it was the only concern would be facing a CSM double lash list. They can push back your TWC or bunch them up and hit them with plasma cannons.
Two TWC squads will serve you well I just think the 395 points your spending on HQ could be spent other places. Also if you wanted to include a Rune Priest you could just switch one of the Razorbacks to a Rhino. A rhino has a firepoint for LOS and you have the ablative wounds of the GH squad attached to him. It provides you with reliable psychic defense and the ability to bring two powers (I'd suggest Living Lightning, Tempest Wrath & JOTWW as the ones to pick).

The only thought I had was a Tactical One
Have the Wolves be in your 2nd line, letting the TWC and Rhino's Give Cover.
This will let them get into Close Combat intact and if your opponet realt wants to kill them he will "Waist" half Shots.
This will not work well against Gun Line Armies.

The wolves are the ablative models. While they can get into combat and strike well @ I5, I want the lords & TWC to make it to close-combat intact. It is not optimized by fielding two expensive characters but each one is pretty potent in its own right and importantly, mobile. Dual Lash CSM, hiding the cavalry behind a wall of razorbacks and letting them try to move around the lord's squad (could easily have both with necklaces) and hope for a 5+ resist. With a 6+d6+12" charge, blocking LOS options, I'm a little less worried about lash than normal.. A anti-psyker rune priest? Can he get a wolf.. I'm afriad not! I'm trying to aim for an effective wolfkin army. I could cut Canis out (although playing him seems like it could be alot of fun) and switch the Saga of Majest for Saga of the wolfkin as well as dropping a fenrisian wolf pack so I'd have ~300pts worth but no fast attack slots open. Would two mini-TWC Iron Priest units worthwhile?

My buddy runs a simular list to great effect (proxying the TWC with chaos fantasy wolves until models release). I will say this much; a Frost Blade is far more effective than any other weapon you can choose. Str 6, sttacking at initiative, with the insane amount of attacks that you get is just... crazy. And if you wanna go for death attacks, do a Thammer. Least if you don't wipe the unit they go at the same time as ya

Hmm.. concidering the extra str-death 8-10 attacks I could be getting from mini-TWC iron priest units, I might change the lords weapon to a frost-blade.
There are now two "options", I'm favouring option B as it follows much of the suggestions.

Just out of curiosity, how do you use Njarl effectively? Do you rune any other Psykers with him?

I'm wondering why, in a Thunderwlolf list, why you dont choose Canis?? My friend's SW army is quite thunderwolfy and is led by Canis who is quite good in combat in my experiences against him.

In the original list ( A) a second wolf Lord was included whom got turned into Canis.
So why haven't I chosen Canis? He adds in Saga of the wolfkin which improves only a minor part of my army & he increases the LD of his fenrisian wolves from Ld7 to Ld8 which isn't amazing. He provides a good amount of clout but I prefer the amount of clout I have from my 2 mini- TWC iron priest squads. In short, he doesnt improve the army as much as a standard Wolf Lord with Saga of Majesty, in its current context.
Imagine my 15 fenrisian wolves led by Canis & imagine they take two spats of about 6-7 casualties as they are pummelled by fire (and after that second round of pummelling, I should be able to charge). Thats two Ld8 rolls to make or I fall back & at the least slow down lots. With the Wolflord I'm testing on LD10 with a re-roll, I confer a re-roll to all the other LD8 units that should be close-by (probably the two TWC units) and he gets an invulnerable save!
That's why, Didn't mean to rant

See I use ancient dirty trick of running him only in Power Armor (Runic in his case) and stick him in a Rhino with a Pack of Grey Hunters. Normally I'll field him center field behind the TWC and move him forward while they advance using Stormcaller (5+ cover) and since the TWC are big enough they grant the Rhino cover.
As he is up front that bubble he projects from his storm or from the bubbles he can cast (Tempest Wrath) it can make a big zone of hurt for my opponent. Since he's in a center position in a mobile pillbox I can use him to to the greatest effect with access to all the SW powers. Since he has the protection of the Rhino & GH squad most enemy firepower directed at him is more of my TWC & Preds that stay alive.
Late game is where he can really shine with the moral tests in 18", D3 S9 Hit or D6 S8 Hits. That final power's 12" bubble ( D6 S8 hits) has decided a number of battles in my favor at turn 5 or 6.
I generally run him alone since his 3+ to cancel enemy psychic powers is enough for even heavy psyker armies and would rather use the points for a second HQ elsewhere.
