creed is a tactical genius of 40k. It is a meme for which when something happens that is tactical like and stupid.(like replace a eldar gunship with a russ) we yell creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed!!!!!!!! to show it.

It started when the new IG codex came out-Creeds tactical genius rule lets him outflank preety much anything. Even vehicles. Even squadrons of vehicles. Apparently, even Titans.
To use Garrets example: poster 1-"Heres a picture of my new Eldar Falcon."
*Accidently posts up picture of Leman russ*
Poster 2-"Looks like that Tank outflanked your Falcon dude"
Poster 1-"You're right, that must have taken some kind of tactical geniu-CCCCRRRREEEEEDDDD!!!!!!"
One last thing-Don't try it in rear life, because noone understands you

I have seen it outfold to me, no battlereport to prove it though.
The source of the meme was /tg/ (traditional gaming) on 4chan (which I am proud to say I am part of... /tg/ that is). A guy started asking about this little thing in the IG codex:
Tactical Genius: During deployment, choose a single infantry or vehicle unit in your army. That unit has the Scouts special rule for the duration of battle.
Due to this, a fa/tg/uy asked if that would encompass Baneblades and Titans too. I am not so sure about either of them, but in my humble opinion... no.
It's an awesome meme though 
PS: the battle which I mentioned at the start had a Vanquisher outflanking and destroying two Predators and a Landraider Crusader =p
