I was wondering if anyone was thinking of making another Sanguinius conversion anytime soon. The new Sigvald the magnificent would be an awesome place to start.

You would need to make it physically bigger, as a Primarch would be much bigger than a regular human.

And don't forget the wings... you could probably get them off a new sanguinary guard set.

Did Primarchs actually have wings or is that just an artsy element the imperium added?

Seems odd for the emp just to give one wings. That is a 12 inch move he should have been all over that with all his primarchs.

every primach had something unique about them that set them apart from every other primach. Sanguinius had wings.

Any good reads about the emp creating them and their time? I have wanted to know more about them for awhile.

I don't see why it wouldn't work but there is the size issue

The wings were a mutation he picked up on transit when the chaos gods scattered the primarchs. As for that model, I think it's the right look but would simply look way to weeny. The best Sanguinius I have seen was based on the nightbringer with greater daemon of Tzeench wings.

I think the Tzeench wings are too big, i think a great eagle/pegasus wings would work better.
but yeah, this fig needs a little more bulk to him before i'd believe him to be a primach.

In all reality, for a human sized body to fly the Tzeench wings would be about minimum.

To me it looks a bit weird, and I know this sounds silly, but the robes are far too long. I agree that the wings are a good size for that model, but, in real life, you would trip over the robes all the time...

Hoping to get a Grey Knights army going...
