I've paid homage to the A L I E N series, by making my parasites implant attack look like a face hugger, and I couldn't help but make a victim on the base with a face hugger and mini ripper chest burster. The chest burster was made from a genestealers implant attack tongue and a little greenstuff.

The parasite was made from plastic ravener tail, stranglethorn cannon feeder tube, ravener and stealer scything talons, ravener head, warrior torso and fw wings.

I was thinking something similar. I was thinking it looked like a tailgina. : )

I like the model a lot.

Don't know whether it gains anything by the 'flying' pose though - I suspect you'll get sick of replacing the clear styrene rod every second game after it snaps - simply 'perching' the model on some rubble would allow for a stronger base connection, e.g. pinning with brass rod?

And pedantically, if the victim on the ground has just been chest-bursted, why does he have such a skeletal torso? Or is your fluff that the chest bursters eat all the innards before emerging?

I think it's fair to say that my first instinct on seeing this would be to kill it dead. Therefore, you've done a fine job. I like the corpse on the base, particularly, that's a nice touch.
