Hello dakkadakka's

I've recently started this new army after i saw the newly released blood angels codex and the awesome new death company marines.. I thought about starting a blood angels army for a while as i used to paint ultramarines, and the new releases just had me going for the BA. Criticism is very welcome.

From what I can see (again i do agree with StassisNid95) that you are going in the right direction.

May I suggest a better smoothing of your red armor though...this can be done with thin down paints and a good base coat to act as your base color to bring out your red more.

Maybe something like dark flesh as your base and work your way up by using scab red, red gore and blood red.

Thanks for the interest guys i edited the post with some new pictures for a better view, and i used scab red for the base coat and blood red with 2 coats and finish with a wash of baal red.

thanks for the enlarged pictures, im not 100 percent with the wings, the white is a but too solid if you know what i mean, if some wash can be applied, it would really texture the wings, and about the red armour scipunk beat me too it ide go with his suggestion. good luck with your BA army
