Okay.. I've red the desc, and seen the flying boats that people have been tossing out, and had a idea of my own, (note this is going to be built "Real Soon Now" (riiigghttt))

The basic idea would be to slap the Val Engines and tail on a Land Raider, shimming over the tracks, the Cockpit would -not- be centerline, but merged into one side, the other side mounting weapons..
