Looking cool, nice smooth GS work. I like the detail on the figure ... but I think the "wings" on his chest look a little off ... he also looks like a tiny man in big armor. If you coudl find a way to "buff" him up a little more around the neck shoulders - say by adding in a neck guard around the sides and back I think it would hel balance and get rid of the "skinny guy" look.

thanks the pic dosnt show it but he has a green stuff mk8 style gorget and the eagle head at the back forms his collar.
and as for the head size i think its cos ive used a termi chest plate plus this was the look im gona go for with the rest of the characters im gona do.
he stands about a head taller than a termi.

...urrrr... I dunno

Man, this is some cool stuff. Maybe bulk up the head just a little so as to reduce the gigantism, and it'll be just awesome.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

I dunno, I think it accurately portrays the whole "hulking arbitor of death" theme space marines try to have goin on...just my two cents.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Would like to see a direct front on shot.

GS skills are good and I like the pose.

A friend of mine is also working on some True Scale Death Guard, including Garro. Cool to see such a neat character getting some attention.

Really nice work, loves the GS and the pose. Get us more pictures

I'd say no to the hair, because Garro was famously bald. I like what you've got done so far. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Armour looks a bit funky, more like mk 2 than a set of mk 3 or 4. Nice work with the curaiss to be, it's what makes garro truely iconic.

Hey all.
after getting far to much sun yesterday i decided to crack on with this guy.
all the DG ive seen so far have been white when they are described as leaving there armour unpainted
so i wanted a grey stone like colour and texture so ive dry brushed the power armour then black lined and extreme
highlighted the edeges rather than the normal blending .
still got a lot to do on him yet. the gold is gona have an aged look to it on the chest as the breastplate is supposed to be old pre unifacation.
ive left the head off as im gona do that last {without hair ! lol} so let me know what you think.....
