Bunch of the tables and their terrain at the local FLGS, most of which painted by my handy painting monkey, aka Corey, aka The Watcher.

Exactly. We knew we had to make one the moment that rule came out, and someone had a beat up Raider that was missing half the guns and the front hatch. He didn't mark it, but it's red. Rhino on the same table is also then painted to match, and does have a Blood Angel symbol on the side.

All terrain is not created equal. You've got stuff that runs the gamut from obvious aquarium plants to awesome scratchbuilt, converted, and painted buildings. Definitely enough range for some really diverse games though - I envy your terrain!

The only thing I will say is the table with all the aquarium plants and rocks on looks exactly like an aquarium. Unless that was the intention!

I think I might work on those aquarium plants more next to try and make them look less so, and make some new/better lakes, for a good marshy table theme.

The city is best looking one. I really like the tenaments, having tried a few years ago to make something like this out of foam I know how hard it must have been to get the faces so uniform. If you're interested in an idea to add to this setting I've found that parking garages make for an excellent variation while maintaining the urban square building feel.
The aquarium table could make for a very decent swamp setting with some simple alterations. Add in a rotting tree trunk or two, a stream that forks through the table stuff like that.
I love the work!

All Living Things is a Petsmart store brand, you can Only get it from them. The four stumps down the middle are the small reptile bonsais, the tree on the left is the large reptile one. The smaller trees are fish tank bonsais, which I believe are not the same brand but I'm not sure off hand.

That's some amazing terrain there! I especially love the Urban board, as well as the Planetstrike setup one. And two wrecked superheavies, it'd be sacreligious if it wasn't so freaking sweet! Great stuff!

It should be noted that I do not know who made the urban terrain. A ton of it was given to the other branch of the FLGS, located in a collage town. The stuff there is stuff I "borrowed" to use in one tournament, and represents less than half of the total amount of it. It was very popular and we worked out a deal to give them a bunch of hills in exchange for it, which I still owe them due to my foam cutter breaking.

Those stumpy tree things (the ones that have space for a model to move through/under) are awesome. As are the alien trees with all the flourescent plant life on them. I would be astounded if I saw them on the table. Hot stuff.
Question: The bonsais (and what they are sitting in, which are what I presume to be some kind of planters), where did they come from? Are they (the trees and the planters) commercially available, or were they custom grown/built?
