Hey there Dakka tought I'd show you what Ive been working on lately.

May I present the Jormungand-class Frigate Absolution a warship in the groundbased Imperial navy that operates on my fluffworld, armed with a medium battle cannon, tri-linked lascannon battery, side mounted heavy bolters and roofmounted plasma turrets.
The greenstuffed blue stuff is a coral native to my fluffworld that grows on ship hulls(yes I made that up so none can se my crappy plasticard cutting )

Now why I call it a testship is that I have practiced alot of painting techniques such as washing freehanding etc etc so its just for lols but C&C are most welcome so that I can get better and make one helluva ship in the future

Note: I suck at taking photos so make do with these mediocre pics.

I know people have done better, but I think it's great for a DYI project. Heck maybe even if you keep working on it to make it look more streamlined and robust, then added a detailed paint job it'd look epic. Nice job bro.

The blue stuff gives it a cool effect. You could always try gluing a staw across your cutting misshap

Thanks I tried to wash it with many diffrent blue to give it a "luminous effect" and uh whats a staw : P?

I would skin it with panels and rivet the hell outta it. Would make it fit 40k more. Take a look at a baneblade and try and get that panelled effect.
