Ok Dakka, I have been thrust back into playing Space Marines. I have a basic idea of the paint scheme for the army. The primary color will be bleached bone, and the secondary colors will be different from company to company. There is no veteran company. Like the Space Wolves, the vets are spread through the companies, so they are all roughly the same in composition as of right now. I just need a push as to which one to start first, cause I like them all, and I will most likely end up doing them all eventually.

I think the black is a little bland, still good but a bit bland. Blue for sure.

I picked red . . . and then read that everyone picked blue and it made me think, did everyone pick blue because of the big color-filled tabard making it look better? or did I just fail the color test ?

I just personally dont like the red "Shin" armor.

I personally agree that the shins look bleh on the red, and black is overall too boring.
