Inspired by a recent misuse of the word "versing", it is time for some 40k poetry.

We all know that eldar are elves in space. We also know that elves are originally how Tolkein saw asian peoples (delicate, refined, warriors with a strict code, etc.). A such, I think it's time for the dakka community to follow these noble creature's delicate senses and bring out our calligraphy pens to put some haiku down for the eldar race.

For example...


Four hundred years old
artists take to the battle
their blood stains the field


The ancient one's tanks
no longer have SMF
wrecked results are neigh


What has twenty breasts
is covered with tentacles
and likes pointy ears?


Contemplate these in meditation, and post your own.
