I think your GS needs some smoothing out - it doesn't take too well to sanding, but if you want nice smooth lines, there's nothing stopping you from just taking a sharp knife and cutting away excess / lumps.

Keep up the ace work though, can't wait to see him painted! Do you have a scheme in mind?

I'd be interested in seeing the final product. Like Scarper, I'd never seen this approach to Rough Riders before.
IMHO, Meltas are the only worth while weapon, aside from flamers, for a squad who can close the gap the way rough riders do.

Dude this rocks. I run mine naked, apart from a plasma pistol on the serg. sometimes. The lances really are great, but once you've used them they're good for nothing else

And I wouldn't bother with Mogul Kamir. Fearless and FC is awesome, however Rage ruins the whole unit for me.

RR are a surgeon's scalpel, which you use to devestating effect to level a part of your oppnent's army that should break the back of his force. By this I mean Termiantors, MCs, Skimmers, HQs etc.
Giving them Rage means you're going to spent the vast majority of your games wasting their Lances on Tacs, Guardians, Conscripts or Gaunts. And you don't want that.

Do it for SM bikers for the Space Sharks chapter!
