So I thought I'd upload some some photos of my High Elves I've been working on to show you all
Just letting you all know now that I'm an amatuer painter at bet, but I think that my elves have come out pretty good and I'm pretty proud of them to be honest haha.

Oh and I spose I should give you some background on my colour scheme. I'm sick of seeing all these bright ridiculously flamboyant elves out there (yes I know that what their supposed to look like, and when I say 'sick' I don't mean that it looks bad, just I wanted something different .) So I decided to do the traditional blue and white, but a darker version of it so they aren't as bright.

So let me know what you guys think

First off is my noble on foot, who isn't completey finished but I like the way he looks so far.

I like them. Definitely like them. My only issue is that I think your noble on foot looks just a little too dark elfish to me. Really like the Swordmasters though.

Great scheme. If you make sure to get a layer of highlighting on the greys and silvers and get another layer of flesh on the skin to cover the primer showing through, these are going to look very good on the gaming table.

How does he look Dark Elfish? Coz I'll fix him up, then again he isn't all done yet, still gotta put his cape on and what not.

And how should I go about highlighting the armour?

It looks quite dark elfish as the colours are quite muted, especially the metals as they have been washed heavily it seems. You can brighten it up very easily with some highlighting

Hm yeah I suppose, but I was really looking to get muted colours for them all, coz I don't like the whole bright High Elf look.
