Breaking Something Valuable

Hey guys, So I've finalised the fluff for my Regenade Mutant Chaos chapter, combining a few ideas for the final product.
Night Wolves
Founding Chapter: Night Lords geneseed, joined by many other regenade chapters.
Home Planet: Schwartzwald- destroyed.
Chaos Dedication: None- however are severly mutated. It is possible that they worship the Night Haunter, who they believes still lives, and willl cure them of all mutation. Some follow fenrisian culture (thanks to the Wolf Brothers), and others worship eldar gods, due to a close bond with the Harlequins.
Colors: Dark Blue-Gray, Red Highlights.
Symbol: Wolf Head, Full Moon
Speciality: Terror Tactics, Daemons, Raids.
Battle Cry: Imperial Cries Mixed with Feral Sreams and Howls, also 'For the Lords!'
Story: When the cursed founding came around, the imperium was in desperate need of gene seed. It so happened that a group of Night Lords had been captured. Their geneseed was harvested and implanted into a new chapter. This chapter, The Night Wolves, were sent on a pentinent suicide crusade against all the imperiums enemy.
They had no idea who their ancestors were, or why all the hatred was directed towards them. They also began to experience scraps of memorys of the lives led before them. Finally, enough was enough. The Chapter Master Zurg led a raid on the nearest imperial administratum on Noseferatu, and they found the truth form the Inquisitor Lord there, before killing him- they were the sons of regenades, traitors. All this time the imperium had used them. As the raiding party left their home planet, it was scoured by virus bombs, a whole civilisation wiped out. At this time the plans of the Dark Gods were revealed, having avenged the captured the Night Lords by mutating their successors. The imperium would swoop down and kill them. The Night Wolves were warped and changed, made hideous in apperence yet gifted. This was all the 'proof' The Inquisition needed, and they came down to obliterate the Night Wolves- who were not there, having warped away moments before, Zurg having decided that they were done with the Imperium, yet still protect it's people and the Emperor.
They chose to set off on their own, able to keep up their numbers by inducting new members by pressing their ideals onto other Mutants andregenades, who joined their forces. Most Notable was a Large part of the Wolf Brothers chapter, who had been cast out before. Fearsome warriors, they fight to the death, willingly throwing their whole force into suicide missions, which somehow they have managed to survive. They implement extreme terror tactics to frighten and weaken their 'prey', psycologically beating them to a pulp. They do make extreme use of daemons due to their mutations. Deamon Princes are suprisingly common- perhaps the Gods have more in store for them. Their alliance is not unknown- they serve the emperor and his people, but not the Dank and Dusty Imperium- they both attack and defend Imperial worlds based on hte population. Rare for a Regenade Chapter, they hold many Codex chapter values- Honor, Valour, Life.
Organisation: Unique among Marines, the Night Wolves organize by their afflictions and mutaitons. The five groups are as follows:
The Kraken: Afflicted by Slaaneshi Mutations. Claws, Tentacles, Wings, crab like armor and slender forms are common, however they are muscle bound. Their Cries can be heard for miles, and signal doom, often resluting in the stunning or killing prey. They are hunters, and often torture victims, an excess which brings them close to corruption. Pastel Skin colors are usual. Often, they are employed with jump packs or long distance sonic weaponry to augment their cries.
[The Blessed: a beautiful subset of the Kraken, they specialise in silent death, seeding terror and especially revelling in torture. They are thought to be possibly Dark Eldar, because of their fair elfin looks and longevity, and the fact that some are female. However, it is possible that they have just been warped by Slaanesh in his own perverse way. Led by 'the King and Queen', a pair of figures last seen near Cadia]
The Titans: Afflicted by Khorne Mutations. Often hulking beasts, with prominent fangs, muscles, claws, hooves, and spikes. Some are able to breathe fire. They are possessed by a berserk battle fury that lends them no fear, and they glorify speed above all esle, usually through hte means of bikes or a possessed rhino. Their weapons have grown personalities, often fighting without hte users consciousness.
The Reapers: Afflicted by Nugle Mutations. Deathly pale and glowing with power, they literally cannot feal pain. Their skin is rock hard, and their breath poisonous. They can move silently through shadows, quickly and efficiently dispatching foes from behind their lines, making them deadly assassins. Other times their flesh will warp around their weapons, causing a scythelike appendage to be formed. They are commonly found bearing heavy weaponry or in terminator armor.
The Skalds: Afflicted by Tzeentch Mutations. Horns and psychic abilities are common, as well as wings and shifting skin and armor. Shifting colors is very common, and a few of the most talented can change their form. Some have undergone such changes that htey cannot leave their armor, its pumps and sensors sustaining them. Their blood is flowing mercury, making it difficult ot move but giving unprecedented protection.
The Wolves/Lycaths: Afflicted by the curse of the Wulfen. Some have been further affected by the warp, becoming similar to 13th company members. Their hulking forms retain their hunter insticts, combinging killer intent with a massive wolfen killing machine for a body. They are merciless, tearing the foe appart like men possessed, which is close to what they are.
Others are grouped with any based on speciality.
Known Conflicts:
The Leorn Incident: Inquisitor Lord Leorn puts up a last ditch counterattack against Tyranid Hive Fleet Mortis on the hive world of Argos. His forces are all but destroyed when the Night Wolves intervene- dropping right into the middle of the Tyranids and wiping them out at great cost to themselves. Leorn buys them time to flee the Ordo Malleus, who excecute him. Furious, the Night Wolves return, destroying the imperial guard and Grey Knights who performed the deed, causing the administratorum to send multiple chapters to destroy them. They find nothing but charred corpses. Having upheld their honor, the Night Lords flee.
The Reign of Night: The Night Lords temporarily ally themselves with the Eldar of Ulthwe and Harlequins to reclaim a half dozen maiden worlds. As a gift, the Eldar give them information regarding the blakc library, a chance to find a cure for their information. This launches the Reign of Night crusade, of which many battles have been fought to find more clues to the balck library. The Wolves have fought Ahriman countless times, for he seeks to gain all the knowledge for himself, and they have vowed to take only what they need and protect the Eldar- even the Dark Eldar, who respect their terror tactics. Hoiwever, they have once collaborated with Ahriman, for a clue that they would not have been able to find without each other, for it was hidden in the midst of both Tau and Ork expansion. They parted ways soon after, for the race was on again!
The City of Twilight: In one of the most daring raids of all times, the Dark Eldar capture the entire Night Wolves Chapter. Thanks to Shush Nightblade, they manage to infiltrate the higher echelons and escape, though many brothers are left behind. It was here that sightings of the Blessed are first recorded.
Notable Night Wolves:
Zurg, former Chapter Master and Daemon Prince. Zurg was the first Night Wolf created. His geneseed is of the Warmaster of the Night Lords who were captured. His mutations have changed him to something not unlike a daemon prince, and he uses his curse to his advantage. Striding among his men like a beast of the apocalypse, he inspires them to even greater feats of battle. His other mutation is that he alone among the chapter has fully recovered his ancestors memories, and does what he can to clear the warmasters name, while avoiding his mistakes. However, he is sometimes possessed by his ancestor, and driven temporarily insane, followed by amnesia which can last for a whole year. Luckily for the Night Wolves, this does not happen often.
Rune, the most powerful Psyker in the Chapter. Rune leads his band of Skalds through the warp, and it is he who steadies the chapters moral compass. If not for him, the chapter would have been lost long ago. In battle, he tirelessly casts potent spells, ripping through the enemy like a tempest. He appears unchanged by the warp, but underneath his armor lines of text from secret tomes ripple over his skin. For this trait, Ahriman hungers after him.
Larynx- Former Chief Apothecary. (He is treated as fabius bile on the battlefield). Through Larynx's tireless efforts, the chapter has been saved form many mutations, although the ones that emerge are terrible to behold. Larynx traverses the galaxy with his bodyguard, hoping to find a scientific cure to his Chapters ailments and to undo the damage caused to the imperiums citizens by his arch rival, Fabius Bile.
Shush Nightblade- Leader of the Mutants of all the forces. His body is warped beyond recognition. He leads the effort to find a cure to the chapters ailments. Shush derives his name from the tale of his mutation- in his frenzied agony, he managed to rip out his vocal cords. Now, the only sound he can produce is an inhuman scream. Standing over ten feet tall, with pitch black skin, a lashing tail, horribly huge clawed hands, wings, and no face but two burning eyes, Shush is a monster to behold. His skin constantly shifts, and he can assume almost any form, and communicates through a type of telepathy. These traits make him the perfect assassin, when he is not at the head of his troops. When he is, he stries into battle surrounded by the other mutants, who follow him fanatically, hoping against hope that he will save them from becoming fully corrupted. He bears the Blade of Night, a relic captured from an eldar, and he uses it to dispatch foes when finess is needed over brute force.
Alcatraz: Former chaplain, interrigator and jailer of the Night Wolves, his mutations have warped his minda as well, driving him half mad. He rules his charges with an iron fist. Commonly seen with Kraken, he uses whip and a huge key to torture and slay his foes, sometimes bringing them back for Larynx's 'cure searches'. They are never seen again.
Please let me know what you think of this! Thanks in advance!
