Possessed Chaos Deamon Cruiser have rules for battlefleet Gothic but not 40k as I have spent about 20 hours building one out of foam. There are no rules for it I need help to come up with some fair rules and point value.

They've used rules for spaceships before in Apoc, but never them actually taking a role on the battlefield, as the fact Miraclefish said.

They have hundreds of cannons and are miles long.

Rules edit:

On a roll of 1+ you win the game. On a 2+ you win the next game, too.

On a 3+ you must turn your models into molten slag?

What I'm confused about is if this person actually understands how large these are, as he said he made one of them out of Styrofoam.

Guys Its not huge, mine is just shoter (121cm) than 2 Mantas head to tail. At the widest point its 65cm (the Manta is just wider).

Fighting a game INSIDE a Possessed Cruiser would be pretty fething awesome. You should make rules for that.

Cool good idea I will put that in the rule like a unit may get out of a Thunderhawk and enter the cruiser.
Also I think it shoud have rules like aircraft you know you have to shoot 12" extra for hight and 6 to hit unless AA upgrade is bought.

ex. A Thunderhawk interups the enemys movement and comes on the table a lascannon is then shot at it with a range of 48" the Thunderhawk's base is 34" but we must add 12" for hight. This = 46" away but to hit the Thunderhawk you need to roll a 6.

I've been thinking this over and I have come up with rules with shooting at the cruiser.

Must add 36" (Or is that too much? Maybe 24"?) for hight and hits on 2+ (because of its sheer size)

I think that's pretty cool.

Perhaps instead of having the ship itself to shoot at, the separate batteries or sections of the ships could be shot at.

I like that idea

You do know a battlefleet gothic frigate would take up several tables at 40k scale right? You have a dropship there.

Sections would probably be a good idea, as well as only allowing very long range weapons and flyers to shoot at it.
I would say somewhere around -36 inches range for ground units.

not the right scale to be a cruiser. nowhere near, simple as that. thats why its closer to a fighter than a cruiser

and by the way, Rolling Tunder, using an orange for scale purposes? it made me laugh, so i hope you were taking the piss. and no offense but i find this whole thing slightly ridiculous, hope you prove me wrong though and get it finished, uploaded and looking sweet. good luck to you mate, cant wait to see the finished product.
