Great job on the old Abbadon we all know and love. I turned him into a squig once... very satisfying.

@Gits - Actually reminds me of a tale where my screen was failing, everything in the centre was blurry, but the outside was clear, I thought I was losing my eyes, until I tried a new monitor. Good times.

@WM360 - If I can give just one person the hope, which then allows them to want to better their painting, my job here is done. I'd stop posting and go become an eccentric hobbit out in the wilderness naught but with a brush and oil paints made from plants I found in nature. Oh yeah I have Cypher, Ahriman and Fabius Bile still to paint up (front page has a to do list with the current models I hope to get done this push)

@Moltar - Thanks man, I do agree with you the old school nostalgia look, and although I wanted to upgrade, if someone wanted me to paint their Kharn I'd do an old school tribute

@Miss Dee - Under the tutelage of Dakka how could I not

@Graven - Cheers bud, I've finally got through the repairing of the GK's now, just some spare bits left over that I'm having to comb through your pics to find out where they live

Update: Interesting I got more comments on the Kharn compare than the Abbadon compare, even though I feel the Abbadon one is much better. Anyway, next on the cards is five razorback turrets to flesh out my army a bit, we've got a TL Assault cannon, TL Heavy bolter, 2 x TL Plas + Lascannon and a whirlwind turret care of Graven from last year (see I told you I'd get to it)

Hey bud, good to hear about the GKs! Watch the mould line/join on those lascannons, looking a bit gappy maybe? Nice to see that whirly too

Can still see the line of the left barrel mucker, alas. Colours are fab though

Yep, bit of a bugger, I assume when on the table top it'll get lost in the sea of grey and red.

Next on the table is a rhino, just managed to get through highlights

I feel like the decoration around the front view slots needs to be metallic, it is kinda bland as is.

I really like how you've combined 2nd edition and 6th edition kit parts. And the paint job is really crisp. I like the decorations on the front - not too shiny; more like real burnished metal.

Yep, pretty little tank, and the old Whirlwind launcher looks surprisingly well on the new Rhino body.

It's a bit clean for my taste ^_^ but the colour tones and highlights are great.

Well it has just come off the production line

Nice work again Knightley, although I do agree with one of the previous posts about the decoration around the front view slits... any particular reason you chose to leave them as the are?

Love the Inquisition "I" on the front, back and top (kinda hard to see)... really made them work!
