I'm thinking of doing a kinda dark and ominous Space Wolves army, and my LR would look just like this. But without the really neon blue, other than that color wise it looks nice. The module looks amazing, but i would suggest adding some mud, or weathering to the vehicle to add a realistic paint job.

erm...stealth huh?
You did an ok job, focus on watering down your paints and maybe a wash or two. Good job on the interior though.

It is too clean even a stealth Land Raider rolls through mud this looks like it is straight out of the factory with the warranty still on the dashboard. Some weathering and mud splashing would be good.
edit.
Sorry forgot to say the interior looks great.

The blue contrasts nicely with the dark color. Nice work

I like the dark colour with the contrasting blue but personally I'd have refrained from using the blue on the weapon covers and left it in the recesses of the armour. Other than that just focus on getting a few nice even coats of paint on
Nice theme though, I'd like to see a Land Speeder done like this

I like the blue in the recesses. You mat want to tone down the weapon covers iwth a wash but, other than that, nice work!

I thought the same thing, the weapon covers are a bit extreme, and while I was painting my other model, I left it black, and love it! I will now paint over the blue on the weapon covers with a black, then just add it to the rececess, thanks all!

I don't really like the black - is it just the primer black? If so (which I think it is) it's far too powdery looking. As mentioned try washing the whole thing with Badab Black, or actually go over it in a fairly thin coat of Chaos Black then seal it up with either gloss or satin spray varnish. This will help smooth the whole look out, but do try it on a smaller spare bit first too see how you like the look of it, because once it's varnished it is very hard to go back on.
EDIT: Also, as you can see in the pictures the primer gives it that powdery matt finish but as soon as you touch it, it starts to pick up the oils on your fingers and makes parts shiny. You either want the thing matt black or a certain level of glossy-ness, not a mixture. Both can be achieved with sprays. I use Army Painter Matt Finish Spray on most of my mini's then Ardcoat lenses, gems etc afterwords.

What's 'stealthy' about a tank as big as a house with bright blue stuff painted on it?

The fact that it's not bright yellow with red highlights and an Angry Marine chapter symbol?

The neon blue looks overpowering on the weapons cowling. Still looks fine in the recesses though not quite my taste. The red on the assault ramp is quite overpowering too.
Well, colour preferences aside, good job there. And drill out the heavy bolter muzzles.

It looks good, however it also looks like you primed it black and didn't paint anything over the primer. I think it looks pretty cool matte black kinda powdery, however if you wash your metallics with Badab Bllack or Devlin(an) Mud, they'll look much better.
