Hi, I'm new to dakkadakka and wargaming in general. I've wanted to try 40k for a while and have begun to find a love for chaos, I've been developing a warband and wanted to post my scheme on here just to get some feedback. I only have the scheme photo and the fluff I'm making is still pretty rough but I'm basing them around Tzeentch.
Scheme:
Please tell me what you think! Things I should change, things you like, anything. Just please no really negative comments.

A small edit to a few areas and made the colors overall match up with citadel paint:
The colors used are as follows:
Primary- Bleached Bone
Secondary- Enchanted Blue
Trim- Chaos Black
Eyes- Chaos Black
Backpack Nodes- Astronomican Grey
Pipes, Face Grill, and Soft Armor- Adeptus Battlegrey
Horns- A mix of Bleached Bone and Skull White
Not sure yet I was thinking I might make a few of them have a muddy look with like a devlan mud wash or something or attempting to give them a tzeentchy glow with a wash though that'd probably be better done with a brush...
No, washes are the way to do that. Maybe Asurmen Blue? You have to keep it mind that it will stain the entire model though, so maybe Asurmen Blue and then drybrush the Bleached Bone on the highlights to bring it back up. I dunno, I'm kinda coming up with this on the spot.
Here's a picture of what a wash can do. The washed model is on the right.
Washes get into the recesses and bring up the details, which is basically the effect you're looking for.
Here's a video. Yes, it's a guy painting Tyranids, but you can see firsthand how a wash works.

Personally I would undercoat white, paint the entire model bleached bone. Paint on the trim then wash the shoulders blue, wash the armour plates sepia, then wash the joints and other parts black.
Liking the colour scheme and agreed, washes are best. My only concern is that you say you're new to the hobby and I assume to miniature painting as well and you have picked a rather hard colour to paint as in the bone. It can be quite difficult to pull off well.
I've done a few more things since, but this was the genesis...
As an advice, I should say it looks quite nice with a Dheneb Stone basecoat, then some highlights in Bleached Bone, THEN a Gryphonne Sepia (or Devlan Mud if you want it darker) wash, then touch up the highlights with Bleached Bone...
Anyway, good luck, and post some pics of your work in progress!!
That's what will get you the most comments, advice & criticism, and so that's how you'll improve faster!!!

I would do this:
Spray White
Drybrush Body with Bleached Bone until desired effect
Paint shoulder pads with enchanted blue w/ 1 or 2 drops of water mixed in
VERY LIGHTLY drybrush white around the center of the shoulder pads to give a glowing effect
Weapons:
Paint black
Drybrush Chainmail
VERY LIGHTLY drybrush mithril silver to highlight raised areas
