I'd try a highlight on the face, or an additional one if it already has it. Other than that, I think he looks great!

Other than the face, he looks great. However, said mug is rather drab: Looks like you just did a wash over a fleshtone basecoat. When compared to the nicely blended armor, it's rather jarring. I'd probably aim for a more colorful face: still fleshtones, just less like old leather and more like actual skin. Using reds and greens for shading can help a lot here, although I'd recommend experimentation on something other than your army's centerpiece first.

His axe is very impressive, I like the way it's blended. I would definately hit the face with more highlights, and thats just because faces are always what I focus on when painting a model.

The difference between commitment and involvement is like eggs and ham; the ckicken was "involved", the pig was "comitted".
