I have to say, this looks cool, but the format your using to show us is a bit awkward to look at. Its either to small, or when you click on it, its friggin massive. Anyway you could change that?

Feth me! That's one gnarly looking demon prince. Not really feeling the bull head for Iron warriors but thats IMO. Still great sculpting and use of random bits in there. I would recommend using a wash on the "fleshy" parts give it a bit of a slick wet look. Maybe give the chevrons on the jump pack a gloss coat.

Overall Masterful work sir.

İ've already used three different washes on it , actually i was thinking about gloss varnish for final touch , but i guess i'll keep that matte style .

The lighting could be a bit better then. It cant be fully appreciated in the dark. Good stuff still.

Wow. That is an amazing conversion. I love the whole half organic cyborg look. You should really make more conversions like this, they would look amazing. I can just imagine a giant horde of half machine half daemon monstrosities hulking across the battlefield ready to obliterate anything in their way. Maybe work on a defiler conversion like this next? I know the Soul Grinder kinda has the same look, with some changes I'm sure you could make it look even better.
