@Ckig - Cheers, I hope to be taking as many pictures as I possibly can, there are some models I have to build/paint before the game, so hopefully they will get done, time will be tight.

@Ice - Thanks mate, and yes drat, wrong hemisphere, if only I was 15 hours by plane closer eh?

Yeah... covering things with yellow is tough. I usually give a first coat of white or light brown depending on where I want the end color to end up.

@Gits - Yeah, I used a foundation yellow in two thin coats to get a nice solid (albeit mute yellow) then the pigments in the lighter yellow needed a lot more tender loving care.

@Cam -Cheers, I've always wanted to try my hand at some hazzard stripes but never had a place to really try them, looks like I do now

Yes!! I was eagerly awaiting the hazard stripe update

Ooooh those two opening hatches look so badass, I don't know what it is about hazard stripes that does it for me, I guess it's why I like Iron Warriors so much

Hazard stripes look great and work well on the model, really catches the eye.

Although, aren't we talking about space marine super soldiers disembarking from this, not sure how bad they would hurt themselves tripping or falling of those ramps. I've never heard of a space marine with a sprained ankle before

Excellent work, looks spot on, love the squiggle work and the stripes are looking spot on. They are there for the poor cleaners who have to mop up after said SM's have made a mess of them selves dropping from orbit in a tin can obviously. I mean a SM can't see passed his incredibly large chestplate, to see his feet let alone a hazard stripe, so it must be for Mr/Mrs Mop who swills down the decks afterwards!

Update: Merry Christmas, and this happened

Yes that is every assembled model I own. I estimate about 25000 point worth, took me two hours to put out and an hour to put away. Some may say I have a problem, I would agree..... My table is to small.
