I was thinking that a Warboss should have access to a better version of the Big Choppa, so here goes:

Replace choppa w/Extra Big Choppa
+15 pts
Special Rules:
The Extra Big Choppa is a two handed weapon that confers +2 STR on the user and has the Rending special rule.

I'd just make all Big Choppas cost 5 points more and make all successful armor saves against them be re-rolled.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

I'm always cautious about giving things rending, it's such a nasty rule. Perhaps something along the lines of:
'Eavy Choppa
+15 points - replaces choppa and confers +2S in close combat and strikes at -1I
Re-roll all successful armor saves taken against it because it's just so damn big and heavy.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

If you are going to lower the Int why not take a power klaw?

Eh, I didn't (and still don't) have the current book with me. I was just thinking "Ok, gave a pro to taking it, now let's have a con".

You could make it like the old chainaxe rules? The best save that can be taken against an 'uge choppa is 4+, units with a better save have it downgraded to a 4+.

Example: You boss is spendin' his day krumpin' some space marines with his 'uge choppa. He get some wounds on the space marines, who cannot use their usual 3+ armour save against them. Instead they must use a 4+ because their armour is being battered to pieces around them.
