I figured "Why not make a blog on me making my ork army? Someone might keep track of it." So here I am, first I'm going to show off my warboss I modified some, just turned the head and gave him a gs neck...it's not pretty...but it works...I also gave him a squig that sits on his shoulder

Here is my old wazdakka I made about 8-9 Months ago I know there is alot of mold lines still...this is back when I was new...er to the hobby, so I went and stripped all my orks...except him, so he's a little mold liney

I like your AoBR warboss, it's always nice when someone fixs the model so it has a more natural pose instead of "I'll just look forward and point to my left".

Just a little update...I took more pics and got a couple trades in...on with the pics

Here is the battle wagon I got in a trade...had to do a bit of gs to fill in the more obvious cracks

And here are the stormboyz I got in the same trade...notice the AoBR warboss power klaw? it's way too big...but the pose is slick so I kept it

and my trukk...he got badly abused to make my wazdakka, but I did get some trukk bits though...maybe I can at least add the exhaust back on

Well I finished my Warboss...took about 4 hours to do, I gotta get basing mats hopefully tomorrow, c&c always welcome

Question for his actual eye...where I have the orange is that his eye or his lower eye lid?

Love the Wazdakka conversion. I want do do one of my own one day but to many other projects I am working on right now. And as for your warboss. A little conversion goes along way. I think that little bit of what you did makes him look so much better than the original. The basing job on him is really well done to. Keep it up I'll be coming back to see what else you come up with.

Good start to a Waaaggh Your warboss pose is so much more natural from the simple head turn, great job.
It is the eye lid you have painted as well if you look closely but should be easy enough to sort.

And Since I bought a box of boyz to have the whole 2 to make 12 trukk boyz I got a little ambitious and made these burna boyz

AND my favorites so far my tank bustas!

lol I never noticed that what I used to make the tank hammer was a stormboyz backpack...it was just something extra I got in a trade and never realized

Another update...I spent the day at work painting my Trukk...I still need to pick up a rust kit but I would say this is one done trukk

Lovely paint jobs mate - great simple conversions too!! I should buy another box of Orks to add to my army - seem so daunting to paint so many boyz again though!!!

Do you guys out there think I should highlight the armor plates on the trukk?, I have been thinking about it, but would like an opinion

KEEP UP THE WAAGGHHH!! Your paintjobs seem to be of excellent quality. You are AWESOME! When you have enough to brag about, I hope you'll take a picture of your entire WAAGGHH!!! It is bound to grow over time.

Something I got in the mail yesterday...it was primed with an off spraypaint...so I stripped it down, tore off the treads (going to order those spikey ones from ebay) and pretty much killed the turret to get that bottom piece so I can rig up a platform with the kill kannon from the battlewagon upgrade sprue so I can make a looted wagon, suppose it doesn't need a second cannon on it...but it's more orky that way...the side sponsons are also there, I poped them off...cause what I soaked the tank it breaks down superglue...the treads were a pain as well, but I can use the treads on my tankhuntas...maybe they took out this tank...who knows, but the extra tread would look cool if I can find a way to stick them onto them

Maybe some highlights but weathering and some paint chipping battle damage on them would do the trick to I think. But good looking trukk so far.

Just another update, my second squad of trukk boyz are done, and I got my weathering kit in! kinda new at it still of course, but here is a side of my trukk that is done....and for some reason I can't post an attachment...
