Alright, so I will be posting pictures from now on about my army I'm painting. If you have any tips, they would greatly be appreciated. Please post to tell me anything you think should be done (from small details to whole renavations), any critique or criticism is welcomed, as well as praise, thanks in advance!

The paint looks really sloppy and thick. You may want to try thinning them down a bit. Also, pay attention to staying within the lines. It's really noticeable on the Dread where the blue strays into the black quite often.
You could also try some washes to give it more depth now that you've got the base colors down.

The best thing to do is spray paint the modles first so the paint doesnt come off easy, and as the guy says dont put to much paint on your models

I have to agree - you need to use more control when painting as you have painted "outside the lines" quite often. Perhaps try using a smaller brush for painting the edges?
I also agree on using thinner paint, you have not got good coverage on some parts of the models. Use multiple thinner coats to get a nice smooth and even top layer.
I assume that the army is still WIP as you could really do with adding in some additional colours to the stuff you have currently painted (such as painting the tracks, weapons, etc as well as adding on extra detail such as vehicle numbers/names, chapter badges etc.
There are also a number of simple weathering steps that you could take to vastly improve the look of your vehicles.
And just as a note: Try to never paint black - always use a dark grey to leave room for shading, or use a black with some blue mixed in to give depth of colour and allow for additional shading.
You've obviously spent a lot of time and money assembling this army - please take the time and effort it requires to make the most of it.
I'm not saying any of the above to be mean - I genuinely want to see you improve.
I suggest putting everything away and focussing on finishing one squad or vehicle at a time before moving on to the next.
If you want any help on techniques, or tutorials on any aspect of painting I would be happy to help find them for you (I have some bookmarked on my computer at home that should help you). There are also many of them on Dakka in the P&M Tutorial section.

These models are abviously nothing tear done, so yes, the paint is extremely sloppy, that was just about 5 hours work, so dont fret, I am not presenting these as even close to be done at this point.
