So whats the plan to deal with av 14?

Melta Guns or Ignore the raiders and bait them into getting out and assaulting my grey hunters.

I mean in all reality what is good at popping AV 14? A lascannon? Your still rolling 5s to glance and 6s to pen. I would rather not waste my shots. They have to get out sometime.

I completely agree. I was working on configuring the list to add the Combi Melta to the wolf guard in the Grey Hunters squad. I typically bring my Rune priest in with the one grey hunter squad, so I like to play a little more conservative with them. I would hate to lose my Rune Priest right away.

I'll be posting a battle report on here in about 10 mins of this list against another space wolves list so you can see how it worked out.

Sounds good I just like melta because I have terrible luck when I have to roll a 3 plus to pen and never do haha thats why meltas are my friend
