Started a conversion on the missle pods from the land speeders to mount on a terminator as a cyclone missle launcher. After looking at the pervious models for the cyclones i think they look ridiculous and thought i could do it beter. keep in mind it is a work in progress and as soon as get my epoxy putty in to fill in the holes on the back I will smooth it out and hopefully make everything look beter.

As you can see in this picture the back is extremely rough i smoothed it down by cutting back the pod stems but still have a gaping hole in the back. Not sure exactly how i'm gonna do it yet but will work sumthing out

They look a bit top heavy, and looks as if, when fired, the extra top-weight would topple the terminator.

I still say it looks nice, but since marines are about as practical thinking as they get (weapon wise), it would make more sense to have them mounted on top like they would traditionally. Flat against the top.

Just my thought.

I really didnt like the current style it looks really riduculous

It looks good, interesting concept, maybe he'd kneel when he fires the missiles? lol

Or it could be on a recoil system like modern artillery were the missle pods move backwards to minimize the recoil felt by the terminator

Alright so... you thought the "pervious" models were ridiculous, so you decided to give the terminator a totally oversized missile pod, mounted in a way that makes no sense, and makes it look like he should fall over?

I think it's time to rethink this brilliant alternative...

Yes, because that certainly doesn't look ridiculous at all? Sorry to say it, but I'd scrap this one.
