Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

After I will succesfully finish my Deathguard army, Tau army and WoC army (should take me a week or two).
For a colo(u)r scheme I was thinking of black, with a mixture of white and light blue (Ice blue or the vallejo equavilent (always forget it's name)).

As an army list I thought:

Farseer

Dire Avengers

Dire Avengers

Striking Scorpions/Warp Spiders

Striking Scorpions/Warp Spiders

Fire Prism

Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

your gona want 15 Fire dragons and 6 wave serpents and a farseer.

Striking scorpains are just a bad unit. CC in 5th is all about the power weapon, and a toughness 3 unit with str 3 and no power weapons really doesnt have any advantages.

Fire prisms are good , a nightspinner isnt bad as well.

Well, seeing as how this is in the Painting + Modeling forum, I'm guessing you're asking about aesthetics as opposed to competitiveness? I'm not an expert in either, but I'm fairly learned in both.

Speaking from a pure "how will this army look" perspective, I'd say take the warp spiders with that color scheme, and grab some vehicles. Black/white/light blue would look awesome on a Farseer/Dire Avenger unit. Also look into a Seer Council, it'd be a good scheme for that as well.

When speaking of competativeness, what Smitty said is mostly correct, go for small units of Fire Dragons, and lots of Serpents with DA inside. Also look into a Falcon, with EML.

Both points aside, I look forward to seeing your army, post some pictures!

First I'll have to get my Deathguard done though... 2 tanks and 5 chosen left... maybe something on my Chaos Lord.

IG will never be finished so I can cast that aside for a couple of weeks/months

I don't have the ''heat'' for WoC right now, so... yeah

Just need to get the turqoise and purple/pink right on the Deathguard trim, and I'll be purchasing myself a Farseer

Would the Ice blue trim be too hard/unoriginal?
I was searching for some ideas and shockingly found this:

Personally I prefer simplistic color schemes for Eldar, except when it comes to the Aspects. So for Avengers, Farseers, etc, nothing is really too unoriginal. Whether or not it will be hard is down to dedication and skill. I think that white/black/blue will be a good scheme, although I'd have more blue than white and black.

Do you by any chance have the Dawn of War II video game? I have DoW II: Retribution, and it has a wonderful army painter in it that you can create your own custom paint scheme. Its pretty nifty, and it has a few options to choose from. Most of the colors are roughly in line with Citadel paints, too. Good luck!

Once I was experimenting with colors on Eldar and Black with ice blue looks very sharp. I would suggest letting black be the promary color and painting things like the helmet, back fins, and shoulder plates blue.

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

The Dude - "Jackie Treehorn treats objects like women, man."

Lord Helmet - "I bet she gives great helmet."

To be honest, the key to painting is making sure YOU'RE happy with how it looks. I think black/white/blue is a good scheme (ignore the fact that it was my high school football jersey colors).

I think it'll look good, provided the blue is used as an accent as opposed to the primary color.
