Following the close victory by SaintSpirit in the April edition, I decided it was time to get the May edition up.
Entries need to be PM'd to me by May 27th, 11pm (EST).
I'll post times for different time zones too:
Uk users -> 28th, 3am
PST users -> 27th, 8pm
German users -> 28th, 4am
Japanese users -> 28th, 12 noon.
Remember that no new miniatures are required for this, as long as the mini fits the theme it's viable for entry.
So, with further adieu, the theme of the May 2011 MotM competition is....
SPECIALISTS. Let me see your specialists. If it's got a special or heavy weapon, or carrying a once-per-squad ugrade, you're good to enter. Any WHFB gamers can use musicians, banner bearers and once-per-squad upgrades. Any non-GW games can use any mini as long as it is considered a specialist within the faction.
Single miniatures only, no squad entries.

Just a quick update guys:
After Gitsplitta's message, I'm posting a "how to" on presentation.
Mini's should be placed against a pale/muted background (preferably white paper), with natural lighting. Use the "macro" function on your camera (usually a little flower) and take a shot of the whole thing. If you needed to make the picture massive to get the quality of the shot perfect, then crop it in photoshop/paint, then post it. The mini should be roughly face on, but can be off at an angle like the below miniature.
Here's an example of very well presented miniature, courtesy of Knightley.

Just a specialist, so a heavy weapon guy, special weapon guy, medic, standard bearer, etc.
