They'd be a huge 'CLUNK' sounds, and both power fields around the weapon would flare up. It would look massively cool, but it'd have no real effect. I suppose the wielders might hurt their hands however as I assume power fists aren't meant to do that.
It's really no different than when a power sword parries another power sword.
The power fist has double the amount of force being sent in the enemy's direction, so if they both apply double force...then smash, i guess both fist would break or something. If weilded by a gaurdmen, i think the man's arm would shatter.

Let the preface this by saying that I realize that Marneus Calgar is an exception example of a Space Marine, and the Gauntlets of Ultramar are far from being ordinary Powerfists.
That being said, in C:SM there's a fluff story where Marneus Calgar catches an Eldar Avatar's swords with the Gauntlets of Ultramar. I don't have the codex with me, but I remember that the Gauntlets of Ultramar were damaged and Marneus Calgar was injured (how badly I can't remember).
The point I'm trying to make is that an Avatar swinging his sword was stopped by a powerfist. Even though is was a pair of unique powerfists, the power behind the Avatars sword swing has exponentially greater force that 2 Space Marines punching at full strength. So IMHO I'm thinking Tarkand's comment was correct.

Fixed.
This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.

The tiny "yes!" at the end made me lol so hard, also someone now HAS to draw a pic of a powerfist brofist.
