awesome, perhaps the sword coming out the other side with GS blood trails. Another thing you shoud consider is having the GK pilot mirroring the dreadknights pose. So right arm extended etc. Seen this done and looks just a tad better.

I'd do something about the Dreadknight's other arm. Right now it looks like a hug gone horribly wrong.

Alternately, consider having his other arm be grappling the arm of the Daemonprince.

DO THIS! It'll add a LOT of drama to the scene.

That's super awesome, however, it's kind of a waste of a sphinx. But whatever, it's completely original and looks really cool.

Still hate the concept and execution of the Dreadknight (not your fault there), but you are doing an awesome, awesome job in this battle scene. Very dynamic. I can't wait to see it with all the details.

Looks great - cant wait to see it painted. Also - tops idea converting the sphinx into a DP. Love it!

Fantastic idea - never thought of making a two-legged sphinx. That would make a great counts-as Dreadknight for those who both hate the standard Dreadknight and have a vaguely Egyptian theme to their army.

I'd have loved to see the Dreadknight using his other hand to shot the deamonprince in that sort of overkill mentality (Right I've stabbed you now I'm going to blow your head off with this psycannon) also the sword really needs to be sticking out of the sphinx's back but i believe that was already covered.

The grey knight should trust to the protective fields of the Dreadknight to save him from the tail or just except that to destroy this deamon might cost him his life.

Awesome work. I hate the DK model, but love the necrosphinx.

Please tell me you're gonna clean up the mold lines before you paint.

Great work again man, nearly as good as the other Daemon Prince; maybe you should combine these all into one big and oh-so-lovely blog?

One thing I'd recommend is removing at least the gun from the sword arm (and maybe the other) as they seem to clutter it and/or distract from the action. Otherwise however I love it. Great work.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

Agreed, the gun just blocks all the cool action. At least move the gun to its shoulder or something. Very cool otherwise. I wish I had as much disposable income to make 1 mini look that cool

I love the action of this scene, but I think it's going to be a bitch to paint, because of how close together the two are.

This is the coolest thing I've seen all week1 My only suggestion is to move the sphinx's head up as if he has been stricken in pain, the arms seem dramatic enought.

Also, I'd agree in removing one gun, especially if it's that gatling gun on his sword bearing arm.

A truely original idea and an incredibly amazing job indeed!

The difference between commitment and involvement is like eggs and ham; the ckicken was "involved", the pig was "comitted".
