Really good job! Only few things are that that white on his knee pad is too strong hilight. Same to melta.

Good Call i went back and toned it down with a little bleached bone. I brought the highlights on the combi-melta down with some boltgun metal and a little black wash. Thanks for the pointers!!

Finished a couple more...experimented with the Warlock purple as a secondary highlight. Take a look.

The Warlock Purple really brings out the 'purpley' of the highlights! It works very well.

I love the way you do your bone. How do yo do it?

Black Base-coat, 2-3 coats of Bleached bone reasonably thin. I do this to build it up nicely. Now comes the tough part...Gryphonne Sepia GW Wash. I know I'm a cheater. I then go back and highlight with the Bleached Bone and a little white. I am going to start doing a little more blending and have been given a tip from a friend of mine who's painting skills put mine to shame. He takes a shallow Tupperware tray and puts a little water in it sets a thin sponge in it and then takes parchment and lays it on the top flipping it occasionally so it doesn't curl up. It works as a we palette and it will keep your paint at the correct consistency and it prevents it from drying up. Throw some plastic wrap over it and toss it in the fridge use it the next day...keeps it right almost indefinitely...
