Hey all, I've decided to finally paint my army of kitbashed CSM/SW/SM, to be played as an Angry marine sucessor chapter. SO far, I've undercoated everything in black, and I need a paint scheme before sharting (see below). I'm looking for simplicity, easy to paint and a decent looking schemes.

Also, I need a name. I've though of:

Rage Marines

Doom Knights/Beasts

Rage Knights

Ragin' Cajuns

Uebermarines

Alpha/Delta/Beta Company

Fury Marines

Furious Fists of Fury

or others, if you have any. I'll be using the name as a basis for a symbol... probably jsut the Angry Marines frowny face.

And here are the paint schemes. I'm no great shakes at painting, so I'd like a simple one.

Also, I'll put up pics later, so you can see the undercoated guys! (some look kinda wierd, others look great.)

I would use option 2 for regulars -and option 7 for your veterans. And Yes. I'm positive.

have no idea on a name... i am no good at coming up with names....

as for paint. I like option 4 for regulars, but paint the hands that same red thats in all the options. and option 7 for veterans.
this way they all look similar and the main diff is the helms and pads. but the rest stays the same.

Alright, I love the idea for oprion 7 as my vets, and also it seems that 2 or 4 will be my regular scheme, if noeone esle has anyhting to say about them.

@Battle Brother Lucifer- unfortunately, I do not have any obnoxiously colored paints, and I really don't like yellow marines... so I made them black, something easy to do.

Also, I just realized that options 5 and 2 are almost the same...

Nah, man, I know you like yellow, but that ain't my style... I like dark, clean cut, and simple, that's why I chose these schemes. Plus, I don't need any more paints.

I'll be finalizing my list today at the FLGS, and can give you guys what to expect. I'll be away over the weekend, so pics may be a while coming... but the will come (much like the PSN).

I like the flayers one, but Charlie sheen may win yet...
So, gmae today, played them as SW versus Eldar, and it was really close... not gonna be running lone wolves anytime soon, though. Long fangs were actually awful, but my dice sucked. He didn't have enough vehicles, and I don't want to buy land speeders...

I do know how to distribute my forces now, on the plus side!

SO yeah... gonna do a dark scheme to contrast all the light colors around my area. Thanks for the input!
