Yes. If you look at a post, you will notice a little yellow page icon next to the date stamp, above the username and avatar.

Click the little yellow page icon and notice that the screen adjusts slightly and more importantly, the URL in your browser changes to reflect this. This URL, once linked, will jump straight to the post that you desire.
