This will be a place where I update my smaller commissions and my own personal projects. Have recently finished an army commission (http://blog.winterdyne.co.uk/2011/06/elysian-army-finished.html), I thought this would be a good way to keep people updated on my smaller projects.

Things are looking good! Is your Leman Russ based off of the Artemis inquisitor model? I see the similarities, but you must have done quite a lot of work!

With your plaque marine, could we see a picture with a regular marine for scale purposes?

The Ultramarines are looking great, but I'm not sold on the flesh tones for your plague marine. Have you thought about adding some other organic (or at least pustulant) tones?

Here is a WIP plastic Mantic elf that I got given at the Mantic open day yesterday. I just wanted to test out NMM on it as I have never been very good at it.... It's not too bad so far I don't think... It's a bit of a quick job as it's only really a test piece.






I need to go higher on the extremities on the gold. The model is tiny and not very crisp in it's detailing, we'll see how he turns out.

This one was a fun conversion, initially meant as a true scaled marine, I got possessed by Nurgle and out came the sculpting putty.










The base was a bit of a last minute descision but I think it looks good.

That Ogre looks brilliant and Russ is excepionally high quality. I'm also impresed by your choice of a pre-heresy Death Guard scheme as the overriding colour rather than manky greens and browns. But to my mind the nicest thing is the fact you got the weathering on the Ultramarines bang on. You managed to hit that elusive within battle amount of battle damage kudos to you sir!

That commissar is awesome! I am loving the way his claw is looking. Also, the blue on your Ultramarines, the highlights in particular, is really crisp! What size of brush did you use?

I have recently finished a Dark Eldar Wych, a Mr Yarrick and an Ork Flash Git,

WIP Nurgle Lord. I am happy with how the armour is coming along. I need to work a lot more on the skin and I want to change the colour of his mask and the good coming out of his belly.
