Looks pretty good. have you got anymore pictures though? It's hard to C&C without at least being able to see the whole thing.

I am a big fan of crotch cannons on giant robots. However, the metal looks a little plain - it's well painted, but you've got a lot of the same color going on. A few plates of red or black here and there would really break it up, and make it look more interesting. Your weathering is nice too.

Well thanks all,
More pics up soon as requested! Yup that is a Lifta Droppa (with a slight conversion or two) and I will be sure to include a picture or two of it also...
I wanted to keep the paint on the Stompa down to an minimum. I wanted it to look more like a walking building then a vehicle. I hoped to only use colour on the bitz that were the most important...

As requested here are some more pics....
I liberated the head from my daughter's toy box (don't worry she has lots) The head is a Mega Mind promo she got a bit back at McDonalds. I think it turned out ok... At least this one will not end up in the land fill…I put a lot of Ork Glyphs on the head to make it have a more Orky feel. The horns and the mask basically were used to get rid of the “Mega Mind” feel of the original piece. Here is an old lead little Gretchen taking a break on the back of the Stompa’s head. Notice the weathering on the “Mohawk”.
Enjoy

Here is a close up of the Stompa weapons.
The Lifta Droppa was a blast to paint. Again I used Gryphonne Sepia to alter the metal colours and painted on white and red (white on anything teeth-like). I did alter the finished model after priming. I found that the Lifta Droppa was just too big looking for the model. So I removed the curved “Pivot” (it was not really a strong link between the upper arm and the gun anyway). This allowed me to move the Lifta Droppa up and back a centimetre each direction. I really like the look a lot better as it makes the gun look a bit less huge (but still keeping the sense of bulk)
I had to laugh as the main shooty gun the Stompa comes with now looks rather tiny compared to the Lifta Droppa. Still a blast to build and paint though. I wanted to make the left shoulder a bit more accessible so I flipped the position of the main ammo feed. I don’t think you really can see the difference unless you had another Stompa to compare it. The Ork up top really is hammering on the gun to make sure it vents correctly…What can be said for this other than I think you need to add the quotation marks when you say “Belly Gun”. Notice the weathering on the bottom of the Stompa….

It was great to finally use the Goff Rockas. They have been sitting in my closet for about 20 years or so and finally get to see the light of day…
Enjoy!

I've picked up some Goff Rockers to do exactly the same thing you've done. Just not got around to doing it yet. I got the idea from doing some 'viewing platforms' on my Epic Stompa's. I've even kept that same Grot back although I was looking to make him a set of DJ decks. For Drums I've got the Drums from the Warhammer Orcs box as the musician has skull drumsticks.

Thanks! I love the Goff Rockas too. Stikk bombs for drums are only natural for Orks lol...
I call the back "Caught". It shows a bunch of Gretchen hanging out listening to the MusiK and getting hammered. Unfortunately the bosses have showed up....You can see the Red Gobbo pissed at his boys for not working and the enforcers will getting the boyz working again...The last pic is the two boyz still standing and drinking and two others are passed out. Notice the large bottle of squig ale.

How many Space Marines does it take to screw in a lightbulb.
6, 1 techpriest and 5 tacticals that stand around trying to pose like badasses.
An Ork, Space Marine and Eldar are walking down the road. They see a Chaos portal that has a sign on it. It says: 'say what is true or be sucked in'. The Space Marine says: "I think I'm the bravest" and walks past safely, the Eldar says: "I think I'm the most agile" and walks past safely. The Ork says: "Me thinks..." and gets sucked into the portal.
