Problem you have with the Meganobz Wagon is too much wargear. You will be moving 12" to get them into combat so you won't be firing any of all those weapons. Battlewagons just need a big shoota to asborb weapon destroyed results.

The rest is slow moving walkers to all the speedy vehicles will move ahead and leave the walkers to their fate. This will let the opponent deal with your army piecemeal and easier.

My idea was that they would be worried about all the heavy and fast vehicles That are coming towards them the walkers would benefit from the KFF and get to do some heavy damage.

The problem I see you running into is when you have a list that is mixed into a fast portion and a slow portion is that it allows for easy target prioritization. First they can focus fire on the fast section, thus eliminating the fast section, second they can focus on the slow section, then eliminating that section. The advantage of a fast list is that they cannot eliminate all of the fast portion before it gets to there lines. The advantage of the walkers is they provide a wall of cover for infantry and you opponent doesn't have the firepower to eliminate the walkers and troops before they arrive. Kan walls and speed freaks are both a method to deliver your boyz, they both work well, but they have problems working together do to target prioritization.

I am usually Able to assault by turn 2 due to Thraka's Waaagh, and with the KFF they get the 4+ save, and are usually ale to stay within 6 of the Big Mek and make the power group that much stronger. I get the target priority but I was hoping there was enough room for the dreds to make it close enough for the KMB on the Kanz to do their shot's. And the Deff Dred would keep anything from coming into close proximity of my Vehicles.

Do you think I should add more Bikes? Or switch maybe to some kopta's?

I think the fact that there's mixed up target priorities is a good thing. It could confuse an opponent, and if he's geared up to fight one kind of list you have a portion of your army that could throw him for a loop.
By turn 2 I don't think any army is going to be have destroyed 2 battlewagons, 4 trukks, and all those boyz, especially with the KFF chillin there. Not to mention the bikers. Once all this stuff hits I don't see much attention going to the kans, allowing them to stroll up and mop up the enemy. This is of course how it theoretically works so who knows on the table top so who knows until yo get some games in, but the list is pretty solid and I like that it's rounded and has options. I simply can't agree with anyone saying tailoring your army to one style is the only way to go.

I switched from the KMB on the Kanz to the Grotzooka, and therefore saved 60 points...Where should I put those points now?

My army took 2nd place at the "Ard Boyz" Tourney today! First Round took a draw to an Speedy Eldar Army, and 2nd round I Massacred a tyranid player, not taking a single wound and tabling my opponent by turn 4, and Massacring and tabling a Space wolves player on turn 5 during the 3rd round.

Hoorah! Next round here I come!
