Thanks!

I would if i could find a tutorial for painting a plastic winged daemon prince of khorne, which is my next goal as i want a break from normal marines. i am a EXTREMELY slow painter and im 12, so it will probably be awhile...

Good stuff.
I like the eyes and i think adding a few more slightly different shades of green will make them stand out a bit more.

The red looks spot on, so as far as the armor goes I dont have any complaints. The eyes OTOH are far to thick and need to be cleaned up. SM minis are easy as far as eyes go, because its pretty easy to clean them up. Paint the eyes FIRST, then put the color of your armor on the helmet, that way whatever poors out of the eyes, can be covered with the actual armor color.

So do that, and they will be good to me, nice work. Word Bearers were my very first 40k army about a decade ago

I like that colour, I just think you used to many layers, try and use less layers if you can.

Look's good. Could probly need littel more work with helmet eye holes just as Rayvon
said. But over all the armor and ditails are fine.

When I paint my own (newly started) SM (the Grey Templars) and I paint the eyes green, I myself aim at a sort of glowing effect.

The way I do it is that I paint the eyes white and wash them first with watered down green shade (actually thraka green, but whatever), and then when I wash the entire model I let some of it get on the eyes (in particular on the edges).

For a more "overflowing" effect you could (very carefully) replicate the method where required. It requires extremely little amount of work and looks really good.

Looking good! I especially like the work you did on the bases.

Try using a Blood Red color for a highlight on some of your red edges... you will notice a huge difference in how they appear to pop from table top distance!

Here's a link that has good tutorials on line highlighting if you are new to it:
